LGCF, INC. ANNUAL CONVENTIONS

Beginning with 2009, the following plan of rotation will be in effect, and each District will become responsible for the LGCF, Inc. Annual Convention, and a Flower Show if feasible, in the year stated with the District selecting the town or city.

                    2011 District VIII           
                    2012 District III             
            2013 District II           
            2014 District VI            
            2015 District VII          
            2016 District IV             
            2017 District V           
            2018 District I               
         


A) When a District has selected a city in which to hold the LGCF. Inc. Annual Convention, the date and physical accommodations shall be submitted for approval to the President and First Vice-President who shall make their recommendations to the Executive Council, after which the invitation may be extended by the District to the Board of Directors.

B) The order of rotation for the LGCF. Inc. Annual Convention is never changed, but Districts may, by mutual consent or out of necessity, exchange.
